I remember our snow day last year. The snow was heavy and it packed down very fast. Schools were canceled right away. The UW Madison students took action right away. The bars filled up and then the fun began of course Snow Ball fight started and people started making snowmen in the streets. Literally in the streets. There is a Youtube video a student made that shows a plow truck facing off with 8 or so snowmen. This snowball started on state street and the police asked the students to push it to the side.
